This reno was done on a very small budget – we did the most important things first to see what we had left in the kitty as time went on – we got a lot done for the small budget, (originally $40,000) – renovation done 2013
What was done:
- garage into bedroom conversion
- painting inside and outside
- kitchen benchtop – new handles and just painting cabinetry
- sanded and painted floors
- carpet
- window treatments
- mantle around fireplace
- bench seat in lounge
- fencing outside concrete car pad and walkway
