This house was one of the original houses in the seaside suburb of Eastbourne. It had been added onto and added onto to the point it was quite hickledee pickledee – renovation done 2020
This was quite a big renovation – what was done:
- painted inside and out
- random room above kitchen removed
- ceiling lined
- new kitchen
- 2 new bathrooms
- carpet
- wooden floors
- tiling
- curtains
- light fittings
- barndoors put on
- in the laundry room that had a shower – I made that a bathroom with toilet and a bath in the window to enjoy the view and took out the random back door.
