H & K Property

When renovating it is hard to see the final picture of what everything will look like.  Kristin was able to completely change the look of our property by changing small parts of our house, these are things we would have never thought of and it came in within budget – but we feel like we have a new home because of it!

We brought from H and K property, from the start to the finish Kristin made us feel like we were able to have some control over the building even though we brought off the plans.  Kristin really has an eye for design and her houses look so much classier and higher end then some of the other developments we looked at.  We are so happy with our home and the process.
